My passion is connecting people to process. I am a project manager at heart as I love to bring order to chaos hence my business name, Project Rescuers. I find real joy is helping people develop the right systems in their business that enables the full potential of the team members to develop.

When the right process are in place, it is astounding to see how deeply people engage and commit to helping the business succeed. I bring to this role an understanding of the business process and human behaviour to create a robust base of human capital. I am a problem solver, a critical thinker and a crisis interventionist.

I believe all solutions must be sustainable and co-created so they reflect your needs and are the right solutions for your business.
