We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier and Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments while maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure products are well-organized, attractive, and fully stocked
- Provide clear communication about store policies, promotions, and product features in multiple languages if applicable
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills




- Maintain organizational efficiency by managing time effectively during busy periods and ensuring checkout lines move swiftly

Qualifications

- Previous experience in restaurant, cashiering, or customer service is preferred; training will be provided
- Strong communication skills in English and Urdu/Hindi; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems, merchandising practices, and retail sales techniques is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Cleaning jobs
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail in product presentation and record keeping
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed
