Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Cashier/Barista to join our agile team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth daily operations.

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their beverage orders accurately using POS
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including tea-based beverages, yogurt drinks, and other specialty items following company standards.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling and math accuracy during checkout.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area,



including food handling and food safety practices.
- Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting overall food service operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Follow food safety guidelines and proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions.
- Food safety certification or willingness to learn proper food handling procedures.
- Food industry experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
