- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and perks, encouraging customer engagement and upselling opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and resolving issues promptly
- Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability
- Manage phone inquiries professionally,



providing information about products or store policies
- Handle cash transactions efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures and security protocols
- Support sales initiatives through effective communication skills and organizational abilities

Experience

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling better communication with diverse customer groups
- Experience with technology sales or product demos enhances your ability to educate customers about complex items
- Robust basic math skills are essential for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and phone etiquette are vital for success in this role
- Familiarity with merchandising techniques, POS systems, and retail sales processes is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
