Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. (VanPile) is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator specializing in Dispatch and Workforce Mobilization. This role requires exceptional organizational skills to coordinate field personnel, schedules, and logistics efficiently. You will ensure that the right crew is in place for critical infrastructure projects across British Columbia while adapting to the quick-paced nature of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of field personnel
• Schedule craft workers, operators, and project team members




• Maintain and update workforce schedules based on project needs
• Track employee rotations and workforce availability
• Support onboarding activities and documentation
Requirements:
• 5+ years in project coordination or dispatch
• Experience in workforce scheduling and mobilization
• Degree or diploma in relevant field of study
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
