In this senior testing leadership role, you will drive comprehensive testing strategies and govern quality outcomes for Oracle releases. Your expertise in creating high-quality test scenarios and maintaining a transparent traceability matrix will ensure successful program delivery. You'll collaborate closely across workstreams to lead testing activities and facilitate issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own E2E quality outcomes for Oracle finance releases
• Develop comprehensive test plans and governance frameworks
• Lead creation and review of test scenarios and cases
• Ensure readiness for cutover, parallel runs,



and go-live
• Manage dependencies, shared environments, and data requirements
Requirements:
• Over 10 years of QA experience, with 3 years in leadership
• Proven track record on Oracle enterprise transformation
• Experience in finance-related testing and cloud-native projects
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies
• Excellent communication skills for senior stakeholders
