Job Summary

We're looking for multiple Cook / Kitchen Helpers to join our team full time. This role is central to our kitchen operations, preparing authentic Chinese dishes and supporting day-to-day back-of-house activities. Given the nature of our menu and supplier/vendor communications, strong Chinese language skills are essential to this position.

Mandatory Requirements

- Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) — required due to the nature of our menu, recipes, supplier communication, and daily kitchen operations

- Fluent in English (spoken)

- Solid knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques and methods, especially Wok

- Available for full-time work, including weekends/evenings

- Food Handler's Certification

- Legally authorized to work in Canada





Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience working in a Chinese restaurant kitchen

- Comfortable and skilled using a wok for high-heat cooking)

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment

- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [20 kg]

- Flexible schedule on weekends and holidays

Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
