Responsibilities

- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that stimulate curiosity and learning
- Provide attentive caregiving, ensuring children’s safety, comfort, and emotional well-being throughout the day
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance
- Foster positive social interactions among children, encouraging cooperation, sharing, and communication
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that promotes safety and learning readiness
- Observe and document children’s progress,

- Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing professional development

Requirements

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in early childhood settings
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and caregiving best practices
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members
- Ability to create a nurturing environment that encourages exploration and growth
- Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with children of varying backgrounds and abilities
