Our coaches are the heart of The Little Gym and the reason so many kiddos can’t wait to come back each week! We get to teach gymnastics, celebrate new skills, build confidence, and create a place where kids can be themselves and feel proud of what they can do. Just as importantly, we have an incredible team that supports each other, laughs a lot, and works together to make everyone who walks through our doors feel welcome and happy. What You’ll Do

- Lead fun, engaging gymnastics and movement-based classes
- Connect with kids and help them feel successful
- Build great relationships with families
- Help with birthday parties, camps, and special events
- Bring the energy, encouragement, and enthusiasm!

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

- Love working with kids
- Are energetic, outgoing, and dependable
- Enjoy being active and working with a team
- Are comfortable being silly and having fun
- Have experience in gymnastics, dance, cheer, sports, teaching, coaching, theater, or childcare. It’s a plus, but not required!

The Schedule

- Part time, typically 2–3 shifts per week
- Great for students, parents, or anyone looking for a consistent part-time schedule
- Weekend availability required

The Little

Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe.
