With teams across the Americas, Europe and APAC, we offer a career with real impact, endless growth opportunities and the support you need to be the best you can be.OpportunityOwn the strategy and execution of integrated demand generation programs across Flywheel and Perpetua, driving qualified pipeline through multi‐channel campaigns, account‐based marketing, and strategic sales enablement.What You'll DoBuild and execute North America demand generation strategy, translating it into measurable pipeline impact across awareness, engagement, meetings, and revenueLead channel optimization (paid search, social, LinkedIn, SEO, email, webinars) and manage budget allocation based on performance and pipeline contributionPartner with Sales Directors, BDRs, and Growth Marketing to develop account‐based strategies, sales plays, and enablement content that drives self‐sourced pipelineOwn full‐funnel reporting and analytics—establishing KPIs by channel, campaign, and persona while identifying bottlenecks and driving rapid iterationSupport event‐driven demand generation and event ROI trackingLead and coach demand generation team members within a cross‐functional Center of Excellence modelWho You Are8+ years of B2B demand generation, revenue marketing, or integrated campaign experience (3+ years leading teams)Commercially minded with proven success driving pipeline and revenue through multi‐channel programsData‐driven and analytical—comfortable diagnosing problems, optimizing performance, and communicating business impactExperienced with ABM,



paid media, marketing automation (HubSpot), Salesforce, and analytics platformsHighly collaborative with strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levelsExperience in digital commerce, SaaS, managed services, or marketing services is a plusThe Interview ProcessEvery role starts the same, an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values‐fit as well as your skilled experience; there may be some technical role‐specific questions during this call. Every role is different after the initial call, but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the role.
