Lead impactful initiatives at The Bridge Youth & Family Services as a Clinical Program Manager focused on youth recovery. This full-time, permanent role blends leadership, clinical supervision, and community engagement in a bed-based treatment facility.
As the Recovery & Addictions Clinical Program Manager, you will guide The Bridge’s efforts to provide safe and effective care at the Youth Recovery House. With a solid focus on evidence-based practices, your role includes overseeing programs, policies, and protocols while ensuring the safety and well-being of young individuals. Collaboration with diverse staff including Program Facilitators and Registered Nurses is key.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations at the Youth Recovery House
• Provide leadership and clinical supervision to staff




• Implement best practices in recovery programs
• Engage in community initiatives and agency committees
• Shape the development of the Youth Recovery House Phase II
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in psychology or social work
• 5+ years of management experience in relevant settings
• Proven experience in substance use treatment
• Professional registration with BCCSW or BCACC
• Strong communication and leadership skills
