As the Clinic Manager at our Leduc clinic, you will strengthen daily operations, drive clinic performance, and foster team development to ensure delivery of timely, personalized care. Through clear and open communication, thoughtful planning, and steady support, your leadership will bring teams together, align processes and priorities to keep the clinic operating efficiently. Leading with intention, you will shape the systems, culture, and environment that make excellent care possible, consistently and without compromise, while applying precision and seeking opportunities to optimize workflows as needs evolve.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Enhance Patient Experience: Champion a compassionate, personalized approach that supports a seamless journey for every patient.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Empower and coach Leduc Clinic teams in a setting that promotes collaboration, improves performance, and celebrates success.
- Operational Oversight: Collaborate with other Clinic Leaders and other key stakeholders to ensure daily clinic operations run reliably.
- Drive Clinic Performance: Use data, metrics, and team feedback to refine workflows, protocols, and processes that improve access, service quality, and efficiency.
- Facility Management: Ensure the clinic’s physical environment, including equipment, inventory, maintenance, and vendor coordination, is fully functional to meet day-to-day demands.
- Talent Acquisition: Contribute to talent attraction efforts with the People & Culture team by developing strategies to build a strong recruitment pipeline.
- Retention: Promote long-term team engagement through effective onboarding, continuous development and a strong focus on workplace satisfaction.




- Change Management: Support the clinic in organizational development and transition initiatives, ensuring thoughtful and effective implementation.
- Uphold Standards and Compliance: Promote adherence to protocols, processes, and regulatory policies while maintaining patient safety, comfort, and privacy.
- Cultivate Community Connections: Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, advocates, and community groups to deliver outreach.
- Expand Expertise: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying up to date on industry best practices to provide solutions and proactively identify and address issues.

What We’re Looking For
- People Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage staffing, scheduling, performance, and resolve conflict.
- Leadership Excellence: Inspirational and empathetic, with strong communication skills including active listening and openness, and the ability to create cohesion across multi-disciplinary teams.
- A Compassionate Approach: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a highly developed interpersonal approach that builds trust across all levels of the organization.
- Technology Proficiency: Experienced with Microsoft Office and patient management systems (e.g., RIS).
- Operational Expertise: Knowledge of staff planning, scheduling, facility management, inventory control, clinic performance metrics, and clinic workflows, processes, protocols and regulations.
- External Partnership Experience: Ability to develop and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations.
- A Continuous Learning Mindset:



A history of engaging in professional growth and development.
- Education: Post-secondary degree in a healthcare-related field is considered an asset.
