The WOMB Vaughan is looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated individual to join our growing team as our Client Experience & Community Engagement Coordinator.

This is much more than a front desk position. It's an opportunity to become an important part of a multidisciplinary wellness centre that supports individuals and families through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, childhood, and beyond.

You'll be one of the first people our clients meet, helping create a warm and welcoming experience while also supporting our marketing, community outreach, and growth initiatives. Every day is different, and every day offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life.

About The WOMB Vaughan The WOMB Vaughan is a multidisciplinary wellness centre dedicated to supporting individuals and families through every stage of their journey. Our team includes chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, naturopathic doctors, mental health professionals, lactation consultants, doulas, yoga instructors, pediatric specialists, and more.

We believe in creating a space where every family feels welcomed, supported, informed, and cared for.

Client Care Responsibilities include

- Welcoming clients and families with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Answering phones, emails, and client inquiries
- Booking and managing appointments using Jane App
- Checking clients in and out
- Giving tours of the clinic
- Promoting classes, workshops, and services
- Supporting our practitioners throughout the day
- Helping maintain a beautiful, organized,



and welcoming clinic environment
- Looking for opportunities to create positive, memorable experiences for every family who walks through our doors

Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities include:
- Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Capturing photos and videos throughout the clinic and at community events
- Designing graphics using Canva
- Writing captions and scheduling posts using Later
- Collaborating with practitioners, volunteers, and students to create content
- Helping maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice
- Monitoring social media engagement and responding to comments or messages when appropriate

Community Outreach & Growth Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the owner with community outreach and business development initiatives
- Helping build relationships with physicians, midwives, doulas, allied health professionals, schools, daycare centres, and other community organizations
- Visiting local healthcare providers and community partners to introduce our services
- Helping organize workshops, events, and community partnerships

Position Details Position: Full-Time (30-40 hours per week)

Schedule: Primarily weekday daytime hours, with occasional evenings and very occasional weekends for events or special projects.

Starting Wage: Approximately $19-20/hour, with opportunities for increased responsibility, professional growth, and future advancement based on performance.
