Senior Manager, Strategic Campaign Execution & Transformation This is a 12‑month contract hybrid role in Toronto.

Overview The Senior Manager, Strategic Campaign Execution & Transformation is responsible for design, build and implementation of strategic customer engagement capabilities within Customer Contact Effectiveness. Reporting to the Director, this role translates strategic priorities into scalable omni‑channel customer engagement solutions across customer journeys, Next Best Offer (NBO), personalization and Customer Contact Transformation (CCT). Working closely with Marketing, Digital Commerce, Product, Technology, Analytics, Campaign Operations and Campaign Measurement, this role ensures new capabilities are designed for scale, operational readiness, governance and long‑term sustainability. The successful candidate brings strong execution, strategic thinking, technical curiosity and the ability to influence cross‑functional teams to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the design, build and implementation of strategic customer engagement initiatives, including customer journeys, Next Best Offer, personalization and emerging marketing capabilities.

Translate business strategy into scalable campaign, journey and technology‑enabled solutions that improve customer experience and business performance.

Partner with Digital Commerce, Product, Technology, Martech and Analytics teams to design and implement omni‑channel engagement capabilities.

Support the execution and operationalization of advanced targeting, personalization and Next Best Offer initiatives.

Partner with Campaign Operations, Campaign Measurement and Always‑On Campaign Execution teams to ensure new capabilities are successfully transitioned into ongoing operations.

Contribute to Customer Contact Transformation initiatives through process modernization, technology enablement, operating model improvements and implementation planning.





Identify opportunities to optimize marketing technology capabilities and improve campaign execution processes.

Establish and maintain documentation, governance standards and repeatable processes that support scalable execution and audit readiness.

Coordinate delivery across multiple initiatives while managing dependencies, timelines, risks and stakeholder expectations.

Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams.

Working Style

Analytics & Reporting Responsibilities Build and maintain reporting dashboards, analyze data and deliver insights to support business decisions.

Build various reporting dashboards using appropriate data extraction, cleaning and visualization techniques.

Provide value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques; select, configure and implement analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.





Research and apply continuous improvement in data visualization by identifying trends and patterns to transform raw data into actionable business insights.

Enhance usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions deployed in the organisation.

Translate business needs to technical specifications and evaluate existing data visualization systems to improve them.

Develop data visualizations of large datasets to facilitate intuitive presentation to decision makers.

Document data flow, systems and processes to improve the design, implementation and management of business and group processes.

Develop tools and deliver training programmes for reporting tools and self‑serve analytics by non‑analytical end users.

Qualifications

Intermediate level of proficiency: Technical design optimisation, Decision Making, Systems Thinking.

Advanced level of proficiency: Data visualization, Data storytelling, Data mining, Illustration, Creative thinking, Problem Solving, Insights design, Insights development and reporting, Verbal and written communication skills, Analytical and problem‑solving skills, Collaboration and team skills focused on cross‑group collaboration, Ability to manage ambiguity, Data‑driven decision making.

Typically 7+ years of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.

Seasoned professional with a combination of education, experience and industry knowledge.

Salary $86,000.00 - $160,000.00

Pay Type Salaried
