CNC Lathe Operator – VTL

Location: Windsor, ON. Pay: $25–$33/hour + Shift Premium. Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent. Shifts: Days | Afternoons | Nights.

We are hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Operator to join a manufacturing facility in Windsor. Candidates with CNC Lathe, VTL, or CNC Machinist experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC Lathe and VTL machines
- Perform machine setup, tool offsets, and adjustments
- Operate live tooling equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers,



and bore gauges
- Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards

Requirements

- 2+ years of CNC Lathe or VTL experience
- CNC machine setup and operation experience
- Live tooling experience preferred
- Strong blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Experience as a CNC Machinist, VTL Operator, or Turning Machinist
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and occasional weekends
