Duties

- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to assess the extent of collision repairs needed
- Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software, ensuring accuracy and transparency
- Communicate clearly with customers about repair procedures, costs, and timelines to foster trust and satisfaction
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate smooth claims processing and approvals
- Assist customers with questions related to repairs, upselling additional services when appropriate




- Coordinate with technicians and parts departments to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately while maintaining excellent customer service throughout the process

Requirements

- Proven experience working in a dealership or automotive collision repair environment
- Mechanical knowledge gained through mechanic experience or automotive training programs
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, parts, and insurance procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to upsell additional services confidently while prioritizing customer needs
- Experience with dealership sales processes and cash handling procedures is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to explain estimates clearly and build rapport with clients

Pay: $45,608.90-$87,453.68 per year
