The Director of Finance is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial health, strategy, and operations of the organization. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive performance, ensure financial discipline, and support long-term growth through strong planning, analysis, and controls.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Leadership & StrategyAct as a strategic finance partner to the executive teamLead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term modelingTranslate business strategy into financial targets and actionable insightsSupport growth initiatives, pricing decisions, and investment analysisOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processesEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting (management & statutory)Maintain robust internal controls, policies, and proceduresLead audit processes and liaise with external auditors and advisorsOperational FinanceMonitor cash flow, working capital,
