PACE Independent Living is seeking a Personal Support Worker for its Community Outreach Program across Toronto West and Toronto Central. This casual role has no set permanent schedule and requires a minimum of four days per week, including at least one weekend shift, with at least 6 hours between 7am–5pm.
You will provide personal support in clients' homes to assist with activities of daily living and will work independently in the community, with coordination across boundaries.
