Position: Computational Mathematics Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $80 - $100/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

- Deliver detailed, real-world examples of utilizing AI coding agents for computational mathematics projects.
- Describe and document workflows where AI agents have been leveraged for complex technical problem-solving.
- Provide high-quality written and verbal explanations of challenges and project objectives.
- Evaluate and articulate the effectiveness of different AI agent tools for solving mathematical or coding problems.
- Submit concise reports highlighting project complexity and decision-making processes powered by AI agents.
- Contribute feedback on the practical integration and limitations of AI tools within computational mathematics domains.

Requirements





- Current STEM qualified with hands-on experience in computational mathematics and AI-driven coding workflows.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Codex, Claude Science, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork for generating actionable code sequences.
- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- Track record of applying AI agents to advanced tasks such as debugging and architectural modification.
- Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently.
