you’ll fit right in at Splash N’ Learn!ResponsibilitiesKnow and adhere to the Splash N’ Learn team standards, mission, vision, and core valuesProvide swimming instruction of strokes and skills in a progressive manner using the Splash N’ Learn swim program and teaching methodsAlways maintains an upbeat and friendly attitudeBe on time and present for all scheduled shifts and in uniform at all times while on shiftCheck iclass prior to each shift for any class changes and/or makeupsKnow each student by nameFollow assigned core plans and lesson plans for the sessionComplete skill trees on iclass and provide comments and feedback accurately and professionallyAssist Aquatic Supervisor with tasks if class is not presentSupervision of the participants and accident preventionCorrect unsafe or inaccurate behaviour as needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
