Assistant Body Shop Manager

Fuze HR is recruiting an experienced Assistant Shop Manager for a leading heavy‑duty vehicle repair and refurbishment operation in Milton, ON. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll oversee shop employees, manage workflow, ensure quality standards, and support daily production activities.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a body shop, truck repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment environment
- 5+ years of hands on experience of collision repair, structural repairs, bodywork, fabrication,



and refurbishment of commercial vehicles and equipment.
- 310B License is required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience scheduling work and managing shop productivity
