Responsibilities

Lead the AI and data strategy across the organization

Consolidate and integrate data initiatives across all acquired entities

Report directly to the CEO and provide visibility into transformation progress

Work with ERP and other enterprise applications to support data strategy

Communicate technical solutions to executive leadership and board‑level stakeholders

Qualifications

Solid background in data strategy and AI strategy

Experience with ERP and enterprise applications

Technical depth in AI and data tools

Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts to non‑technical executives
