Warehouse SupervisorLocation: Mississauga, ON Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: $80,000 – $90,000OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple functions within a fast-paced warehouse workplace. This role is responsible for managing inbound/outbound equipment orders, parts inventory, and an additional specialized division of the business. This is a player-coach role requiring a balance of leadership, operational execution, and a strong focus on safety and process improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support a team of 3 warehouse employees across staggered shiftsOversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiencyManage inventory flow, stock levels, and warehouse organizationCoordinate shipping logistics, documentation, and ERP system transactionsReceive and verify incoming parts and finished goods (quantity and accuracy)Maintain inventory records, part locations, and system updatesSupport service operations by staging and preparing parts for techniciansOversee daily operations of a secondary warehouse function involving physical assembly workStep in as needed for hands-on tasks including forklift operation and material handlingEnsure adherence to all health & safety policies and actively promote a safety-first cultureParticipate in the Joint Health & Safety Committee and complete required trainingIdentify areas for operational improvement and support continuous improvement initiativesQualifications2–5 years of warehouse experience,
