- Implement standard work and communication boards
- Conduct daily leadership assessments on the production floor

- Lead Continuous Improvement project teams Requirements:
- Post-Secondary education in Engineering
- Training in Lean Six Sigma is preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing is an asset
