You will guide organizations through the adoption of our platform by analyzing their operational needs and configuring the software to meet specific business goals.Key factsLocation: Mississauga, CanadaEngagement: Full-TimeSalary: $80,000 - $89,000 CAD plus bonus and benefitsTeam: Professional Services, Solution ServicesWhat you'll doAct as the main liaison for customers to document requirements and translate them into system configurations.Conduct thorough business discovery sessions to provide recommendations that improve operational outcomes.Manage data integrity, security, and quality across customer databases.Oversee communication between project stakeholders and validate implementation plans.Troubleshoot configuration issues and maintain training databases to reflect product updates.Advise clients on change management strategies and user readiness.Collaborate with internal teams to identify risks, manage timelines, and resolve project delays.Test and document new service offerings while maintaining deep knowledge of the product suite.Requirements2-4+ years of experience in a software implementation role.Post-secondary education in a business or technology field is preferred.Experience in a consulting capacity,
