Ford is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. If you're a motivated finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working as part of a supportive leadership team, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities - Oversee all dealership accounting operations and financial reporting.

- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
- Assist with month-end and year-end processes.
- Work closely with dealership management to support business decisions and operational goals.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team.





Qualifications - Previous experience as a Controller or senior accounting professional, preferably in the automotive industry.

- Strong understanding of dealership accounting processes is considered an asset.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Experience with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office is an asset.
