Line Cook 1 / Kitchen Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and eager-to-learn Line Cook 1 / Kitchen Supervisor to work alongside the Chef at our restaurant.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking, wants to develop their skills, and is interested in growing into a leadership role or eventually running their own restaurant.

When the Chef is away, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for the kitchen and ensure everything continues to run smoothly and to our standards.

What You Will Do
- Work alongside the Chef with daily food preparation and service.
- Prepare and cook menu items to our standards.
- Learn recipes, preparation methods, presentation, and portion control.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and productive kitchen.




- Assist with inventory, ordering, receiving, storage, and product rotation.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Help with opening and closing the kitchen.
- Learn how to organize and manage daily kitchen operations.
- Take responsibility for the kitchen when the Chef is away.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and service standards in the Chef’s absence.
- Communicate any issues or concerns to the Chef or Manager.
- Learn not only how to cook, but how to operate and run a successful restaurant.
- Starting wage of $18 upto $23/hr plus shared tips.
