The Revelstoke Golf Course is hiring Cooks and Kitchen Helpers for the upcoming season.

Wages start from $20-$22 per hour based on position, experience and commitment. Experience an asset but will train, all applications will be considered.

Summary

As a Cook/Kitchen Hand, you will be integral to our kitchen team, responsible for food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in meal preparation and restaurant experience will help maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen. Your ability to serve and assist in food handling will enhance the dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and dietary requirements.




- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation for service.
- Handle food items safely and efficiently during service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely meal delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and equipment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety and handling practices
- Ability to efficiently serve and present meals
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Passion for the food industry and commitment to delivering high-quality service

Job Types: Full time, Part-time, Seasonal Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
