Corporate Sales & Inventory Associate

Edward’s Factory Outlet is looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Corporate Sales & Inventory Associate to help keep our corporate orders, inventory, special orders, and daily receiving running smoothly.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with customers and suppliers, and making sure things get done properly and on time.

What You’ll Do

- Manage corporate customer orders and purchase orders.
- Check and respond to company emails throughout the day.
- Follow up with customers and suppliers on outstanding orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock when needed.
- Receive and organize daily shipments.
- Verify quantities and check incoming merchandise for damages or shortages.
- Maintain and follow up on special orders.
- Pick up and transfer inventory between the store and warehouse.
- Help keep inventory organized, accurate, and easy to locate.





What We’re Looking For

- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and email.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Able to lift and move merchandise when required.
- Retail, inventory, warehouse, or corporate sales experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred.
