This Coordinator role emphasizes implementing educational programming and direct case management for those affected by HIV and Hep C. You'll engage community organizations for seamless service access and develop educational materials tailored to the needs of the incarcerated. Your advocacy will ensure reintegration support is stigma-free and culturally protected for diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement educational programs on harm reduction and health topics
• Provide advocacy and case management for affected individuals
• Develop partnerships with healthcare and community organizations




• Create educational resources in collaboration with incarcerated people
• Deliver capacity-building training for service providers
Requirements:
• Knowledge of social contexts affecting incarcerated individuals
• Experience with equity-deserving communities in service roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively
• Proficiency in basic computer applications
Advance health awareness, stigma reduction, and community resources through strong advocacy in the prison system.
