Vision Truck Group – Cambridge (Corporate Office) Position: Credit Manager

Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience Vision Truck Group is currently seeking a highly analytical and strategic Credit Manager to join our team at our new corporate office in Cambridge. The ideal candidate would be professional and detail-oriented with a strong background in risk assessment, commercial credit, and customer relationship management. What You’ll Do:

- Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statements, credit bureau reports, and references.
- Approve, adjust, or deny credit limits and payment terms based on risk parameters.
- Review existing customer accounts periodically to adjust credit limits and risk categories.
- Serve as the direct report for the Accounts Receivable department.
- Monitor again accounts receivable reports to identify delinquent balances early.
- Implement effective collection strategies to maximize cash flow and minimize bad debt.

update and enforce the corporate credit and collections policy.
- Ensure all credit activities comply with provincial, federal, and industry regulations.
- Track and report on key department metrics.
- Present risk assessments and portfolio health updates to senior leadership. What You’ll Bring:
- Previous Credit Management experience is required.
- Minimum 5 years of credit experience.
- Credit designation preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
