We are seeking energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Line Staff. In this role, you will help deliver an excellent dining experience by providing outstanding customer service, preparing quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Accurately take and prepare customer orders
- Prepare wraps, plates, salads, and side items according to restaurant standards
- Operate the POS system and process payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen stations
- Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner service periods
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is considered an asset, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light supplies
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
