Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Crew Members to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced food service environment. This role offers an opportunity to develop valuable skills in food preparation, customer service, and restaurant operations. Ideal candidates are passionate about delivering excellent service and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred and training will be provided.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, for order processing and cash handling
- Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Manage cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments accurately and upselling menu items when appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation,



and overall restaurant cleanliness

Experience

- Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or cashiering is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for all new team members
- Familiarity with POS systems.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order totaling, and upselling techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within a restaurant environment
- Experience working in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential
