Role Responsibilities
- Design and execute CRISPR-based gene editing experiments.
- Develop and implement cloning strategies to generate constructs and cell lines.
- Perform genotyping, PCR-based assays, and sequence analysis for validation.
- Design synthetic DNA and RNA sequences for experimental workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to structure data for AI model training.
- Apply molecular biology techniques to study cellular and molecular systems.
- Document experimental procedures and results with high accuracy and clarity.
Requirements
- Strong experience in CRISPR technology and gene editing workflows.
- Robust experience with cloning,
genotyping, and PCR-based assays.
- Strong background in sequence design and molecular screening strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting molecular and cellular data.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in remote environments.
- Degree in Molecular Biology, Biology, or a related field.
