What You'll Do Assist clients through virtual appointments by providing knowledgeable, professional support. Listen to client needs and offer guidance on available coverage options. Answer questions, explain benefits, and help clients make informed decisions.

Provide ongoing support before, during, and after the enrollment process. Resolve client concerns with professionalism and care while ensuring a positive experience. Maintain accurate records and manage follow-up communications.

Build lasting relationships through outstanding service and consistent communication.



Stay up to date on product information, industry updates, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For Excellent communication and active listening skills. A customer-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, or another client-focused role is an asset but not required. Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to a fast-paced environment. Willingness to obtain any required provincial or state licensing.
