Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete project lifecycle and stakeholder alignment
• Coordinate project plans, resources, and timelines




• Identify risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
• Lead communication and status reporting for projects
• Support system enhancements and process improvements
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT, or related field
• 5-7 years of project management experience in insurance
• Solid organizational and analytical skills
• Certification such as PMP or Agile preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities
