Customer Service Representative

Keir Surgical Ltd. is a Canadian company that has provided high-quality surgical products to hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities across Canada since 1923. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Customer Service team. This is a full-time position, based out of our office in Calgary, AB, and is available immediately.

Main responsibilities include

- Receive customer orders via email, website and phone
- Verify order details and process in ERP system (Sage)
- Provide customers with order acknowledgements
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding basic product details, order status and ETAs
- Communicate with local, regional and national staff regarding customer orders
- Assist with related clerical office tasks when required, such as filing, credit card processing, invoicing
- Perform other tasks as required
- Follow established processes and procedures and represent Keir Surgical professionally at all times

In addition to the above primary tasks, this position may also include a variety of cross-functional training & responsibilities to assist the Customer Service and Sales Management teams.

Successful candidates will

- Have a minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience (preferably in an office setting)
- Possess strong accuracy and attention to detail




- Demonstrate competency working with computers; particularly Excel, Outlook, and an ERP
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, team environment
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Appreciate learning a variety of tasks
- Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Experience with Sage software considered an asset
- French language skills considered an asset
