Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the Cleaning and sanitizing milking equipment, and barns
2. Setting Water Lines, Ventilation and temperature for barns

3. Operate automated milking system
4. Monitor animals for sickness or injury and assist with calving
5. Feed and tend to animals
6. Collect, sort, and pack eggs
7. Operate, adjust, and perform minor maintenance on automated feeding, heating, and ventilation systems
8. Perform daily chores as instructed

9. Assist in vaccination programs
10. Utilize proper biosecurity standards when entering and exiting barns
11. Maintain high standards of animal welfare

Skills:

1. Willing to work early hours and weekends
2. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively in a physically demanding work environment.
3. Physically able to stand,



bend and lift for long periods throughout shifts
4. Strong attention to detail for monitoring animal health
5. Strict adherence to biosecurity protocols to protect flock health
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors
7. Flexible mindset and openness to receiving, integrating, and providing constructive feedback within a team structure
8. Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
9. Calm and composed under pressure, with a constructive attitude toward daily problem-solving
10. Training will be provided.

Pay: $18.25 per hour
