In this vital role, you will assist with daily farm operations, ensure the well-being of the animals, and support the maintenance of farm equipment. Responsibilities

- Assist with milking procedures, ensuring cows are comfortable and milked efficiently.
- Perform routine animal care tasks such as feeding, watering, and cleaning stalls to promote healthy livestock.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Support herd health monitoring by observing animal behavior and reporting any signs of illness or distress.
- Operate farm machinery including tractors, feed mixers, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Assist with the handling and movement of cattle during routine activities or special events.
- Participate in cleaning, sanitation,



and record-keeping tasks to maintain a clean and compliant farm environment.

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge to operate, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on farm machinery.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when handling feed bags, equipment parts, or livestock.
- Familiarity with farm machinery operation and maintenance is preferred.
- Strong physical stamina for long periods of standing, walking, or lifting throughout the day.
- Valuable observational skills to monitor animal health and identify potential issues early.
- Willingness to learn new techniques related to dairy farming practices.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced agricultural setting.
