Metal Finisher / Deburring Technician – CNC Machine Shop

Location: Mississauga, ON

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift: Days – Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–3:30 PM | Fri 6:00 AM–10:00 AM

Pay: $18.00–$26.00/hour + Benefits

Eligibility: Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident

What You’ll Do

- Deburr, grind, sand, polish, and finish precision-machined metal parts.
- Remove burrs and sharp edges while maintaining quality and surface finish.
- Work with aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals.
- Use die grinders, rotary tools, pneumatic tools, hand files, and measuring tools.




- Read basic blueprints and engineering drawings.
- Inspect finished parts and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Follow 5S, safety, and Lean Manufacturing procedures.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3+ years of experience in Deburring, Metal Finishing, Grinding, or CNC Machine Shop work.
- Experience using hand tools, grinders, rotary tools, or pneumatic tools.
- Ability to read blueprints or engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with Precision Machining is an asset.
