SKILLS REQUIRED

Mandatory Skills:

- 10+ years of IT experience with 3–4+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile projects using Scrum and Kanban .
- Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery , including project planning, budget management, release planning, risk management, and dependency tracking.
- Expertise in facilitating Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Experience coaching teams on Agile best practices , removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.




- Hands-on experience delivering complex transformation projects involving CRM, Salesforce, JEE-based applications, and system integrations .
- Solid stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and user story writing experience.
- Wealth Management domain experience is highly preferred.
