Seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to immediately support our business processes and integrations. This role is critical for enhancing our Workday system capabilities.
We require a Functional/Techno Functional Consultant with knowledge of Workday processes, BIRT reporting, and system integrations. You will troubleshoot issues, support changes, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that the organization's Workday workplace operates effectively while meeting compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address backlog tickets related to Workday system changes
• Optimize and configure Workday business processes
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using BIRT
• Manage security configurations for user access
• Support troubleshooting of Workday integrations and APIs
Requirements:
• Experience in Workday functionality and integrations
• Knowledge of compliance, governance, and audit requirements
• Ability to perform impact analysis on system changes
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Proficient in developing standard and custom reports
