Key Responsibilities

As Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for providing every automotive owner with an easy, efficient and enjoyable delivery of the vehicle features and controls, with special emphasis on educating the customer about the technology in the vehicle. You will also ensure that the delivery results in an industry-leading customer delivery experience, an elevated ownership experience and more repeat customer relationships.

What you bring to the role

- High school diploma or post-secondary courses in IT, Accounting or Office Administration.
- 1-3 years of direct work experience in a Luxury car dealership, preferably Volkswagen or Audi Brand.
- OMVIC and Driver’s license. Good driving record.
- Delivery Specialist experience an asset.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Knowledge of vehicles, equipment, and/or services offered.
- Good working knowledge of Reynolds, 180, Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- Able to maintain filing systems and basic database.
- Organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Positive team attitude.
