Job Title: Delivery Manager / Program Manager – P&C; Insurance

Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with Program Management expertise to lead large-scale P&C; Insurance transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end delivery of insurance technology programs, stakeholder engagement, financial governance,



and cross-functional teams within a global IT services environment.

This role will be responsible for driving strategic programs, ensuring successful project delivery, managing client relationships, and leading distributed teams across multiple workstreams. Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex P&C; Insurance programs and portfolios.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.

Manage program governance, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management.

Establish delivery metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track program performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives and delivery excellence across engagements.

Program & Portfolio Management

Manage multiple concurrent projects and large-scale transformation programs.

Develop and execute program roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

Oversee resource planning, capacity management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Product, Architecture, Development, QA, and Operations.

Ensure alignment between business priorities and technology execution. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client leadership.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Drive steering committee meetings, business reviews, and executive presentations.

Manage customer expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.

People

Management

Lead geographically distributed teams across multiple locations.

Mentor project managers, scrum masters, delivery leads, and technical teams.

Drive employee engagement, performance management, and career development initiatives.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.





18+ years of IT experience with at least 8+ years in Delivery/Program Management roles.

Strong experience delivering programs within the P&C; Insurance industry.

Proven experience working in a global IT Services/Consulting organization.

Experience managing multi-million-dollar programs and large delivery teams.

Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

Strong financial management and budgeting experience.

Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

Experience

Experience with Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter), Duck Creek, Majesco, or other Insurance Platforms.

Experience in Cloud Transformation (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Digital Insurance Transformation programs.

Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and Automation initiatives within Insurance.

Offshore-Onsite delivery management model. Salary:

Full-time: The Salary range for this role is CAD 180k – CAD 220k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
