Dental Choice is seeking Dental Administrator to join our growing Dental Choice Team

Are you someone who thrives on organization, teamwork, and creating positive patient experiences?

Our growing practice is looking for a Dental Administrator who enjoys keeping things running smoothly while supporting a dedicated and high-performing dental team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a team-oriented environment..

Hours Full-time and Part-time

Parking is provided

What You’ll Do

- Greet patients warmly and ensure every visit starts on a positive note
- Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-ups
- Handle patient records, billing, insurance submissions, and payment processing with accuracy
- Coordinate daily front desk operations to keep the day running smoothly
- Collaborate closely with clinical staff to support excellent patient care

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience (Curve software knowledge is a bonus!)
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a patient-first mindset
- Organized, dependable, and able to stay calm under pressure
- A friendly, team-focused attitude and a desire to grow with us
