Our client, a dental office in Mississauga is seeking a Dental Hygienist.
POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Must have minimum 1 yr experience
LOCATION: 401/Mississauga Rd
HOURS:
- Any 2 days
- Weds & Fri 9-6
- Thurs 9-8
- Sat 8-4 (1 a month) not necessary but avail if interested
COMPENSATION:
- $48-$55.00/hr depending on experience and performance
JOB OVERVIEW:
- Recent patient assessment-comprehensive exams
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
- Polishing and fluoride treatments
- Dental impressions and bleaching trays
- Removal of stains, scaling and root-planning
- Taking impressions of teeth for study models
- Digital radiography
- Charting patients, updating medical history
- Oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
