Our client, a dental office in Mississauga is seeking a Dental Hygienist to cover a Maternity Leave ending May 2027. Current grads welcome!

POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)

LOCATION: Mississauga (Mavis/Eglinton - Free Parking)

HOURS:

- Tues (10-6) 1 a month

- Wed (10-6) every week - most crucial day

- Thurs (10-6) 2 a month

- Sat (8-4) 3 a month

- Sunday (9-4) 1 a month

COMPENSATION:

- $48- $55 ​depending on experience and performance

​JOB OVERVIEW:

- ​New patient assessment-comprehensive exams

- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments

- Polishing and fluoride treatments

- Dental impressions and bleaching trays

- Removal of stains, scaling and root-planning

- Taking impressions of teeth for study models

- Digital radiography

- Charting patients, updating medical history

- Oral hygiene instructions to patients

- Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
