POSITION/JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Must be registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- NEW Grads welcome
- Saturday mandatory + 1 weekday (day optional Mon-Thurs)

LOCATION:

Toronto (Dufferin/St. Clair - free parking )

HOURS:

- Monday (8:45-6)
- Saturday (8:45-2) Mandatory

COMPENSATION:

- $45-$52 Competitive TBDdepending on experience and performance

JOB OVERVIEW:

- Choice of Cavitron or Handscaling
- Current patient assessment-comprehensive exams
- Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments
- Polishing and fluoride treatments
- Dental impressions and bleaching trays
- Removal of stains, scaling and root-planning
- Taking impressions of teeth for study models
- Digital radiography
- Charting patients, updating medical history
- Oral hygiene instructions to patients
- Preparation of patients for various dental procedures
