Richelieu Hardware is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Industrial Sales Representative - Coatings Division to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our coatings and finishing solutions to existing and potential customers within your designated territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, build long‑term relationships, and provide technical solutions that drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Richelieu's coatings and finishing solutions within the assigned territory
- Provide technical expertise and product application support to customers and internal sales teams
- Communicate product features, benefits, and advantages clearly to end users
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and on‑site evaluations with customers
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and develop new business relationships
- Prepare for customer visits by anticipating needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team and manager to achieve sales targets
- Support customers with application guidance and troubleshooting

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of the wood coatings industry
- Solid understanding of coating applications and finishing processes
- Strong presentation, communication, and sales skills
- High level of self‑motivation, autonomy, and discipline
- Local market knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
