Wabtec Foundry seeks a licensed Electrician with two or more years of industrial experience. In this role, you’ll be responsible for troubleshooting equipment, conducting preventative maintenance, and ensuring machinery safety. Your solid work ethic and problem-solving skills will contribute to the efficiency of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair all machinery within the plant
• Conduct thorough inspections to prevent machinery issues
• Collaborate with other trades to resolve equipment malfunctions
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards
• Keep accurate maintenance and repair logs
Requirements:
• Electrical License (442A or 309A) from Ontario
• At least two years of experience in an industrial setting
• Competency with hand and power tools
• Excellent English communication abilities
• Flexibility for shift coverage as needed
